01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

03 Eligibility

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

3.3 Additional Restrictions

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a ph639 Account:

04 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

05 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your ph639 Account password and any two-factor authentication credentials. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party, and to notify ph639 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any breach of security.

5.2 Account Activity Responsibility

All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — shall be deemed to have been conducted by you and will be your sole responsibility, until such time as ph639 receives valid notification of unauthorized access and takes action to secure the Account. ph639 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account credentials.

5.3 Account Sharing

ph639 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account, and you may not access or use another person's Account. ph639 reserves the right to suspend any Account that shows evidence of shared access.

06 Deposits

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph639 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based users: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven Cliqq cash payments. Additional methods may be added or removed from time to time at ph639's discretion.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on ph639 is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your Account verification status and selected payment method. ph639 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

6.3 Funds Ownership

By depositing funds into your ph639 Account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the rightful owner of the funds being deposited; (b) the funds do not originate from any illegal activity; and (c) you are not depositing on behalf of any third party. ph639 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on the source of funds in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

07 Withdrawals

7.1 KYC Verification Requirement

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, ph639 requires successful completion of the KYC verification process. You will be required to submit a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of your registered payment method. ph639 will process KYC submissions within three (3) business days of receipt of complete documentation.

7.2 Processing Times

Once KYC verification is complete, withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash: Typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for standard amounts during normal operating hours.
• PayMaya: Typically processed within 1 to 3 hours.

ph639 reserves the right to extend withdrawal processing times in cases where additional security checks or fraud investigations are required. Users will be notified of any delays via the contact details on their Account.

7.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and verified as part of the KYC process. ph639 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Bonus balances that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by ph639 are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

09 Game Rules & Fairness

9.1 Random Number Generation

9.2 Return to Player

10 Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to access or interact with the Platform.

• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or exploit any aspect of the Platform's software, game logic, or payment systems.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without our prior written consent.

The ph639 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ph639 or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without ph639's prior written permission.

13 Limitation of Liability

13.1 No Warranty

The ph639 Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ph639 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

13.2 Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph639's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of genuine deposits made by you to your ph639 Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3 Exclusions

ph639 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of whether ph639 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14 Termination & Suspension

14.1 Termination by ph639

ph639 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Detection of bonus abuse or prohibited conduct as described in Section 10.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Direction from PAGCOR or any other regulatory or law enforcement authority.

14.2 Termination by You

You may close your ph639 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request and completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and pending transactions, ph639 will process a withdrawal of your remaining genuine balance to your verified payment method within five (5) business days.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination for any reason, any bonus balances that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability — shall survive.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.2 Regulatory Oversight

ph639 operates within the regulatory framework of PAGCOR. Users who believe that ph639 has acted in violation of applicable gaming regulations may direct complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures.

15.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and ph639 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through ph639's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days of first notification, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

16 Amendments

ph639 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page as the "Effective Date." ph639 will notify registered users of material changes via the email address on their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the ph639 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.
